Curated Event Hire — £250 Hire Giveaway: Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is Curated Event Hire
2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding the promoter and their immediate family.
3. To enter, entrants must, via the competition post on our Instagram (@2littlebirds_): follow @@2littlebirds_, like the post, and tag at least one person in the comments. Saving the post is optional and not required to enter.
4. The competition opens on Monday 6th July and closes on Monday 3rd August Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter.
6. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
7. The prize is £250 to spend on decorative hire from Curated Event Hire. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any hire value above £250 is payable by the winner.
8. The prize is subject to availability of items for the winner’s chosen date and to our standard hire terms and conditions, including our minimum hire and delivery area. The prize covers hire only and does not include delivery charges
9. The winner’s event date must fall within [12 months] of the prize being awarded. The prize cannot be used for dates already booked out.
10. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
11. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm they have released Instagram from any responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
12. By entering, entrants agree that the promoter may announce the winner’s username on its Instagram account.
13. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary or due to circumstances beyond its control.
14. By entering, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
